In a victory for DEI opponents, a district court judge has ruled that the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA), a federal agency charged with supporting minority-owned businesses, violates the Constitution’s core requirement of equal treatment under the law and that the agency can no longer run programs or grants based on race.
